About the Editor

Yacht Club Weekly is published each week by Ellie Kozemchak. Ellie is a junior in high school who enjoys participating in watersports, as well as reading and writing. She started the Yacht Club Weekly in 2021 after creating a weekly family newsletter during the pandemic and discovered a passion for writing. This year, she will be editor-in-chief of her school’s newspaper and a member of Leadership Council. Ellie loves being a part of the sailing community on Lake Angelus and the Yacht Club Weekly is something she looks forward to working on every summer.
